Our Founder

Iris Deng

Founder/Principal Consultant

Iris has two decades of experience providing legal counselling to executives and senior business leaders in multinational companies in FMCG, life science, petrochemicals and technology sectors. Her last role before founding Ellis Consulting was the General Counsel of Albaugh Asia Pacific Limited, an American chemical company with regional presence in China, India, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia and Australia. Before that Iris served various senior roles in the Legal Department for Reckitt Benckiser (owner of Dettol, Durex, Mead Johnson, Lysol, Finish and many more), Colgate, Vibram, China National Offshore Oil Company and Shell. Iris currently heads the business operation of Ellis Consulting out of Hong Kong SAR.
